"My eyes lit up when I saw it! When I went out to play with my friends, they were literally freaked out at the sight of the gun. By the way this gun has rails and I recommend the Longshot sniper scope or the tactical light from the recon. Overall it's a great gun."

"...with a firing capacity of 1 bullet every 3 seconds this gun is the Nerf war essential. the only problem with it is if you don't put the ammo belt into the gun perfectly straight, you're in trouble. I wouldn't use this gun for all-the-time-fighting. what i use it for is when the enemy is out of bullets and/or jammed, i snatch up the vulcan ebf-25 and bathe them in a shower of preferably sonic bullets. I give this gun a 5 star rating, and highly recommend it."

"The most attractive feature, which drew me to it in the first place, is the clip-feed. Yes, it's prone to a bit of jamming if you're not careful. As long as you pull all the way back, and push all the way forward, with a smooth even stroke, you'll have no problems. How well you load the darts into the clips matter too. The common snag point is near the front of the clip so try to load them all the way back so the rear of the dart is flush against the flat surface of the magazine. Do that, and you shouldn't hit any problems. I like to quick cycle through my spares just for fun. I'm generally able to feed through 6 magazines without a jam. It's a shame Nerf doesn't sell spare magazines. Thankfully, they sell spare streamline darts. The extra range makes it very easy to lose darts. 5 stars for being the most entertaining toy I own!"

"The trick to using the scope is to make sure the dot is about 1 cm above the target. If you do this it will be very accurate. the gun shoots OVER 35 feet it actually shoots about 45 feet! Overall this gun is great."

"I'm 10 years old. This toy is awesome. I've had it for at least a year. I use it on and off and it hasn't broken yet. It's pretty powerful right out of the package. If you unscrew the body and remove the air chamber and cut out the air suppressor, it can launch darts much farther and faster. the nerf streamlined darts work best in this gun.One thing I don't like is that it doesn't automatically reload. You have to manually reload each dart. I recommend this gun."

"I'm 16, but, while I may look older, I have not grown up on the inside. I ride a Razor scooter to school, read comic books, and, of course, play with Nerf guns. My friend and I recently bought some guns, and started up a light Nerf war campaign with some people, and I have to say, the Nite-Finder EX-3 has been my best weapon, especially when dual wielded. The NF is the most basic out of the N-Strike series, and the most versatile. People complain about how it must be manually loaded for shots, but I think this is a major positive. It doesn't require the clip reloading that the Recon or the Longshot need, nor does it require the filling up of the belt for the Vulcan. The gun, straight out of the box, is pretty powerful, but the real power lies once the air-restrictors are removed, and the spring is stretched. Mind you, once this is done the gun does become more of a weapon than a toy, so I don't recommend modifications if you are young, or buying this for a young child. It is a basic, simple, one-shot blaster that will fare you well in Nerf warfare, or to just bother your siblings."
