The single-serve machine features a unique extraction system designed specifically for coffee-filled capsules, which means perfect espresso every time. The Nespresso D120 perforates the hermetically sealed capsule and soaks all the ground coffee to optimally filter the coffee, while its high-pressure 19-bar pump extracts all the aromas and gives body to the espresso, ensuring a thick golden crema--the delicious creamy layer on top. Best of all, it comes with an integrated Aeroccino for creating an endless variety of milk-based coffee drinks at the touch of a button. To begin, fill the Aeroccino with the desired amount of milk and press the "start" button, open the lever, insert a capsule and close the lever, fill a glass with the hot milk froth and place the glass under the coffee outlet, then press the Espresso or Lungo button--voila: creamy, delicious coffee drinks. The flow of coffee depends on the coffee variety selected, and up to 11 used capsules collect in the capsule container for later disposal. This review is from: Nespresso D120 CitiZ Automatic Espresso MachineI tried it out at a local store, and was really impressed with the ease and flavor. When I got it home, I was even more impressed. I do wish the pods were available locally, however the order was delivered in 2 days flat. The milk frothing is something I was never very good at with a traditional machine. This is the best easiest way I have found. Could not be more pleased.

There is a reason for that...this machine is wonderful. It is so good that I am going to write my first review ever on Amazon for a product that has almost nothing but 5 Star reviews. I am an Italian-American who was raised by Italian parents and grandparents in Paterson, NJ. I have been to Italy a number of times and have been drinking GREAT Espresso and Cappuccino all my life. This machine makes THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had and it is SO EASY it is truly unbelievable. For years I have been making my own espresso and cappuccino. Also I have been drinking great Italian coffee when it was prepared by Italian men and women who LOVE and MAKE great coffee. I have never had better coffee then this machine
makes. Nor have I ever seen a machine that is so easy to use. The coffee flavors are all you could ever want (but who wants anything but espresso). The machine makes the froth so thick and just the right temperature with the TOUCH of a button. I find it hard to believe. I have to lock myself in the basement to stop myself from drinking all the Nespresso coffee I have in the house in ONE SITTING. If you love GREAT ITALIAN COFFEE...this is what you are looking for. Save your time and money. It is not over priced for what it gives you. GREAT, GREAT Italian coffee every time with the simple push of a button. I want to kiss it! Ciao Ciao Enjoy

I used to own a Starbucks Barista Machine - it broke down. I bought another and it broke as well. My father has the Nespresso in England and as I used it a lot over Christmas I wanted to get one when I got back. I read some reviews about reliability but was reassured that Nespresso has a great customer service department. With that assurance I purchased the combined CitiZ machine with built in Aerochino. OMG! I love it. No hassle coffee, made in less than 20
seconds. I only ever use one pod and drink it black. The best part is my 7 and 10 year old fight over who is going to being me coffee in the morning! Only one thing to be wary. If you over fill the Aerochino the excess runs under the water tank and you have to clean it before it turns to cheese! I use the aerochino for hot chocolate, cappucino etc. All my friends love it too. I bought the mixed pods collection and got a free ebony box for storage. Its sleek and does the job perfectly.
