If you want to stream Netflix movies and TV shows to a mobile phone, tablet, handheld gaming device or any portable device, you have to subscribe to the Netflix service (which you can do at this link).

Netflix plans affordable and give you access to the full library of movies and TV shows. The plans allow you to rent DVDs through the mail and stream movies online, either to your PC, to your TV, or on your Netflix mobile device.
