When I first joined Netflix, I wondered how long it would take to get my movies. Remember, I was used to going to my local Hollywood video, renting my videos and watching them that night.

Well with Netflix it's not quite that fast, but it's much quicker then I thought. You see, Netflix uses local shipping points to greatly decrease turn around time. For example, I returned two movies yesterday (March 29th) and this morning I received an email telling me that my movies were received and that I'd be getting my next two movies tomorrow.

Quick Tip: I have the Three video plan, that means that Netflix will send me three videos at a time. So what I do is instead of returning them all at once (like I used to do with Hollywood), I return them as I watch them (It's easy; I just pop them in the envelope and put them in my mailbox). That way, I always have at least one movie at home.

Shipping is always free (both ways), Netflix uses a special envelope that includes your return postage. Just watch your move and return it in the same envelop it came in (Very Clever)!
