Yes, this is a little weird the first couple times you do it. Once you're done, though, it's amazing. Immediate relief, and better than any cold remedy I've ever tried. I can't say whether it will prevent me getting sinus infections in the future as I just broke down and bought it yesterday, but it sure relieves cold/allergy/sinus symptoms!
