What the heck is a NETI POT ??

The Neti Pot is a type of nasal irrigation which naturally relieves allergies, sinusitis, breathing problems, nasal congestion, post nasal drip; it can even help prevent sinus infections.

The Neti Pot was recently presented on the Oprah show by Dr. Oz.

He says, "A lot of folks that have allergies, who have sinusitis, that have conditions that we treat with medications are equally well treated by actually washing the areas of your body... this treatment may be more effective than medication"

The Neti Pot painlessly cleanses your nasal passages giving natural relief almost instantly. (see a demonstration or read instructions)

How to Use a Neti Pot for Nasal Irrigation

Below are two excellent instructional videos using the Neti Pot

A few comments from these YouTube Videos:

"... it does work. I was getting sinus infections monthly... I tried every drug/spray under the sun. With the neti pot, I use it once before bed, and I haven't had a sinus infection in months!"

"This neti pot has been a "life saver" for centuries... for people who suffer with sinus problems, infections, earaches, congestion, bronchitis, etc.! PLEASE don't knock natural cures until you try them..."

"I'm suffering a cold virus, woke up this morning completely clogged up and my sinuses were killing me! I used the neti pot and it completely flushed everything out. I can't believe how much better I'm feeling already. Several hours later I can still breath thru my nose.

How to Use a Neti Pot - Simple Instructions

1. Fill the Neti Pot with warm water (not hot or cold).

2. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.

3. Lean over the sink, tilt your head sideways and place the spout of the Neti Pot in the upper nostril.

4. Tilt the Neti Pot until the salt water solution flows thru the upper nostril, thru the sinus and out the other nostril. Be sure to keep your mouth open to breathe.

5. When the Neti Pot is empty, lean over the sink and exhale thru your nose, like you're blowing your nose.

6. Repeat with the other nostril.

Neti Pot Reviews

My personal Neti Pot Review:
I've had a nasty cold this past week; I've been so congested especially at night. It's an awful feeling I'm sure most of you have experienced - I can't breath, I blow and blow, it feels like my head is going to explode, my sinuses are clogged....

So I whipped out my trusty neti pot, filled it with warm water and a little salt solution, ran the water thru each nostril as instructed and OH WOW! I can breath again! I cannot tell you how good this feels. My husband told me I didn't snore last night.

What?? I don't snore!
