Network Marketers - Be your Own Boss

When people think or talk about "The American Dream" what comes to mind is people starting from scratch and climbing the corporate ladder to a level of success where we can live in comfort, with enough money to not just pay the bills, but to enjoy life.

We want to work for ourselves, not for someone else where we live paycheck-to-paycheck while our boss grows rich on our efforts.

But how do we get there? How can we afford to give up that job, no matter how underpaid we are, to start our own business? How will we live? How will we pay our bills?

But there has to be a solution to this problem. Every day we are confronted with news and TV stories of people that have done just that. They were down and out with nowhere to go and nothing to do and they turned their lives around and now they are the new millionaire on the block.

How come they can do it and we can't? Do I have to loose everything I have and hit rock bottom to see the light? Am I too afraid of loosing what I have to take a chance?

OK, enough of that, you get the picture.

The answer to all this is NO. You can start now and for very little money. You can do it while holding down a full time job, you can do it while still in school.

There is no age requirement or age limit. And all it takes is time, a reasonable investment, hard work, and dedication.

Well, based on the title of this article it is no surprise that I am talking about Network Marketing.

But I am not talking about any get rich quick scheme.

I am talking about a legitimate network marketing company, a monetary investment in yourself in the form of training and education, an investment in time to learn how to set up a profitable marketing system and then more time to set it up.

Time for your marketing system to take hold and start making money.

And dedication and perseverance all along the way. Even when you are thinking that this will never work but you refuse to give up.

And what will you have at the end of the day when you stop and take a look around?

If you did it right, you have a business that can support you in a way that may not only be comfortable, but more than you ever imagined.

You have a job where you are your own boss, you set your own hours, you set your own goals, you reap the benefits of your efforts, and you have only yourself (and maybe your significant other) to answer to. And when you rest your head on your pillow at night, you do it with a sense of accomplishment.

Of course, as I stated earlier, this only comes after time and a lot of hard work. Your marketing business will only be as good as you make it.

So make it good!
