The Death of Network Marketing

How Internet Marketing Killed an ugly industry

So what's the deal with Network Marketing being dead? Well, first let's examine what made this busines model so polarizing to begin with:

First off, after hearing an Amway presentation, it sounds so easy!

If you've ever been to a MLM company event to recruit new reps, you'll realize the power in numbers. This power is sometimes referred to as "social proof," and can be very persuasive.

You're told you'll receive mentorship, support and training from your upline.

Exponential growth potential...when you see those theoretical numbers it becomes hard to sleep at night.

But...it is just what I said it is, theory.

Fundamental flaws:
-You're typically selling undesired products/services

-You're selling these products/services to: Friends, family, acquaintances, etc.

-You're selling a business opportunity to:
Friends, family, acquaintances, etc.

NONE of the above are your targeted market, they are not your target market.

-YOU'RE SELLING! And I bet they didn't make it seem like you'd be!!

So, you are a salesperson, most likely with no sales background...
Selling an undesired product/service...
Selling this product/service to: Friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, acquaintances, your doctor, your mechanic, etc. all (remember, they tell you to, "Make a list of everyone you know!")...
AND you're pitching the "biz opp" side of it to them , as well...
When all of the above are probably not interested in the product...
And most likely, are not business people and don't aspire to or have the desire, interest or savvy to become a business person.

Yet you're still shilling the juice...
Or pills...
Or lotions...
Or potions...

And a limited few, at the top of the (dare I say pyramid...well, I can, but won't) mountain are making money off or your efforts and every other struggling creature that is trying to make this "business" grow, all the while you and the rest become more and more unpopular, to the point that people start to avoid you, your calls, your emails, etc.

"Sounds good so far." --Are you still thinking that now???

So how effective is your upline's training? Do they offer an type of proven system for getting YOU to where they are? Or are they just giving you a replicated website with a fancy flash movie that is impressive the first 13 times you watch it.

...Then you start to see 1,000 other people promoting that same movie, where you wanted to advertise.

Did you believe them when they said, "Duplication is the key"? If by duplication, they meant a replicated site, how successful do you think you'll be. Step back for a moment and really ponder that last sentence.

Do you have the tools to get Qualified, legitimate prospects to your site? Or is it just people who used to like you and probably will try to avoid you after you push the latest and greatest on them?

...there's plenty more to talk about, which includes the potential the Internet brings, yet at the same time the fact that Internet Marketing is killing this industry.

AND we'll discuss how you can use all of this as SHEER OPPORTUNITY to take advantage of a fundamental flaw that EVERYONE has missed, up until now...and how YOU can benefit immediately.

Ryan

It's funny though the report says Network Marketing is dead or dying and then the report renames network marketing, netweb marketing and says how great it is. But there is a lot of good stuff in the report. If you know how to market an MLM opp. on the Internet there is tremendous growth available.
