Working from home is a great concept for most but the reality is, most get struck by what is known as paralysis analysis.
Over analyzing is one area which needs to be addressed and overcoming distractions is another. Unlike going to a designated work environment everyday, where you are constantly supervised, working in a home business requires great discipline.

Choose a work time schedule for the day and stick with it. In my case, I'm in my home office from 8:00am-4-00pm. These are my productive hours and it would take something special to drag me away from them.
You may decide you want to devote just three hours a day to your home business but whatever it is, stick with it. In a sense, working at home should be no different than going to a paid job every day from 9-5.
Thirdly, set yourself mini rewards and a main reward during the day. Work in time blocks and when you've completed each task, give yourself a small reward. This can be whatever you like but just as long as it doesn't distract you from your next task.
The main reward at the end of the day could be time out to go to the beach for a surf, down to your local cafe for a latte or simply sitting down and watching a favorite movie. It's your choice.
The idea behind setting a reward like this is it gets a little excitement going within the pysche and gives you something to work towards and achieve.
Remember, it's your home business and if you don't build it no one else will. That should just about be enough incentive on it's own but in more than 90% of cases, it isn't.

Each blog should have an avenue for you to leave a comment. This is where you need to use some commonsense. Read the latest post on the blog and understand what the author is saying.
If you feel you can contribute to the message in anyway then leave a comment. What you're aiming to do here is to either validate what the author is saying or to leave something of value which other readers can take away.
What you don't want to say is something like..."Great advice..." or "You're absolutely right..." and just leave it at that. This would be considered spamming the blog just to get a link back to your blog or site.
By simply making you're comment short like that won't tempt the reader to have a look at what you have to offer in the way of a site or information. But if you spend a little time and make a sensible suggestion or provide some type of solution, then in the reader's eyes, you may be someone they want to learn more about.

I remember well the report I received in 2001 about wealth building which was so well written it made me want to know more about it immediately. It was not the the normal boring "blah blah blah" about how great the company or the products were. Instead, the author actually gave me something of value which made me feel instant respect for him and I looked at him as an expert.
My aim was to build lasting wealth and the tactics revealed in the report was information I could readily use. The interesting thing was it didn't mention once the use of multi level marketing or MLM companies or even products and rather than being harassed into looking at an opportunity, I was made aware of the importance of creating extra streams of income using various methods.
Basically, the report spoke about past and emerging trends within the biggest spending market ever; the baby boomers and how important it was to position one self within that market. Yes, the report was aimed at getting me interested and follow up for more information but certain aspects of it pushed the right buttons within me.
Looking at extra information was a no-brainer and the process put me under no pressure at all to make an immediate decision. More importantly, it was a process which was duplicable and one I felt comfortable implementing. It's amazing how effective using the value-added angle is.
The term over-deliver has become fashionable within Internet Marketing and you better believe it is just as effective when used in Network Marketing.
