How to add more value to your network marketing opportunity to recruit more distributors
All through out our network marketing careers we have been taught that in order to be great recruiters we have to add value to what we are offering. The problem is we have not been taught to add value to our opportunity. If we do want to add the value, usually we would talked about the product and opportunity and the benefits, but that that is all we cover, and it s not working out for most people today.
If you really look at it, its not about our opportunity and the benefits of the products, its you and me and what we can add to the opportunity, our education and guidance. I know of a recruiter in my company who is one of the top recruiters in North America. He never really spoke about the products, he spoke in business terms and how business works. He talked about how to grow your business more efficiently even in his first meeting with the prospect. From what I can tell, he added value to the opportunity, not because he is a smooth talker, but because he talked about how someone can rise to the top. Therefore he was highly sought after not only in North America, but in other continents as well. He was implementing Attraction Marketing because the information he gave was not only free but it had tremendous value. Another thing I might add is that he was not using the internet to recruit prospects, he was doing meeting too.
Finally what I can summarize to you in this article is that you don't need to be a smooth talker and closing techniques are not necessary in network marketing . You just need be able to teach others and that is how you add value to your business. Teaching people how to grow their business before they even know of your opportunity will build trust with your prospects and will equal to adding more distributors to your down line. Two resources I recommend are Renegade University and the free report The Attraction marketer's Manifesto. These two resources will put you way ahead of other distributors who are still banging their heads and wondering why they are not successful in their opportunity.

High quality leads
If your warm market leads are not paying attention to you on what you have to offer, then they are not a good lead, so you shouldn't really bother with them. If you bought leads and are finding that you are not getting a good response then I feel your pain and frustration, I mean you bought leads trusting that they were really looking for a business, but then you found out they were just curious. To learn how to attain high quality leads for your network marketing business with little to no out of pocket cost, I always recommend the Renegade University. You can go to new style network marketer to learn more on the topic of generating leads for your business. new style network marketer Why the old method of network marketing is not duplicable
Finding a duplicable system for mlm
If you have ever thought to yourself why you are not succeeding in the network marketing business after doing everything your upline has told you to do then read on. There is so much information out there on the network marketing business, and if you have been looking for answers you will find them."Call more people", "you gotta do the numbers", you have heard this over and over. In a sense this is true, but how much is too much? The majority of network marketers are pulling out their hair trying to call their friends and family and invite them to an opportunity meeting and end up not showing up. If feels frustrating doesn't it? And you are thinking next week you'll invite them again, until they stop answering your calls. I know what that is like because I have been through that too.
This word of mouth method is not the most duplicable way of building a network marketing business because not everyone is at the same skill level. There are trainings to attend, and most people get sucked into needing more training and it ends up being the same old training. There are also time restrictions too that you have to take into account, you may not have as much time as other too. Not everyone is at the same level of determination either. But most of all not everyone is hyped up for talking and harassing friends and family. Would you agree with me on that?
Having a method to find and talk to serious business builders is not too far fetch, but you have to learn how to duplicate your efforts more effectively . I have read The seven great lies of network marketing it exposed a lot of stuff that has been hidden from me. It really made me see the network marketing business from another perspective. How renegade university helped me become a internet marketer
I had read the seven great lies of network marketing and at first I was very confused or should I say very perplexed by what Ann Sieg said in her report. I was kind of offended at first but when I saw that my business was going nowhere I was willing to read the report. Once I read the report I was enthralled by what she said.
I also looked into renegade university, so I can to learn how to market like a professional marketer. What I found in renegade university was everything from how to start a blog to how to use social sites and how to write articles and what elements I should put in the articles for effective marketing. I am not a big writer or anyone special, I just know how to give out information that is valuable for people to consider. It has given me even more hope that I can achieve my objectives like traveling more and saving up for retirement even though I am fairly young still. It has given me a specialized way of doing business as far as selling my products and not having to feel like a salesman. If you feel that you are not where you want to be in your mlm business go to Renegade University, it will give you a new beginning and new hope and results in your business. Who is Michael Durkin?
Michael Durkin is the author of "Double Your Contacts". He travels the country to train sales people in several different industries. He trains network marketers, real estate agents and insurance sales people. He is known to be the up and coming trainer for the network marketing industry. Michael teaches people how to get more leads for their network marketing businesses because that is what most network marketers lack in their business once they run out of their warm and luke warm market leads. In his book he teaches methods on how to approach complete strangers and get their name and number to cultivate a lead. One other thing he teaches in his book is how to approach prospects and have the " I am interviewing you" posture and the " take away" method.
First of all before I go into how to build a business in a more professional manner, I just want to point out that most of what he teaches, most network marketers do already. Most network marketers go around and do the three foot rule and start chasing their prospects around and trying to convince their prospects to get into their business using almost demeaning methods. I tried Durkin's way, I read his books and listened to his CDs, I applied his methods diligently, but what I found was that what he teaches offends most people.
The whole "I am interviewing you" approach is very conflicting. I want to ask the reader this, if you are approaching your friends or strangers, how is it possible to have the upper hand on a prospect and have the "I am interviewing them" posture? You can't because first of all the prospect never asked for an opportunity to work with you and second the prospect doesn't even know what the heck you are talking about.
What if there was a way where you are truly interviewing and qualifying prospects that came to you? There is a way where you can have potential business seekers come to you so you won't have to go out and approach strangers anymore. It is called attraction marketing. How do you attract customers and more business leads? Well first you have to be a solutions provider, not an opportunity provider. Hard sales tactics don't work and is very unprofessional because it offers no value to the person being approached. It is a pure "I am going to get you into business and sell you hard even if it offends you" type of way. You are trying to close the prospect and forget to offer value to the prospect. What is value to someone though? It depends on what the target market is. Value can be content "on how to succeed at getting more leads for your network marketing business", or "how to attract customers for your product without hard selling". It can be a lot of things as long as it is value content and someone can use it today.
I just wanted to give you this info because I went into the trenches of approaching people and saw that their way is very inefficient, in fact I was the hardest worker and a diligent prospector but, but hard work without the right skills won't do you any good. Now I am leveraging my recruiting efforts and don't approach my friends and strangers anymore. If you are tired of approaching friends and strangers and going through all the rejection, go to renegade professional and get your free account started and learn how to generate qualified leads who want to hear from you.

Jeffery combs network marketing training
Jeffery Combs is the trainer of Golden Mastermind seminars. He has produced CDs such as "The Psychology of prospecting" and "The Psychology of Closing" both very entertaining series. He teaches methods that most networkers don't really know about, such as going to all the corkboards in the stores and getting into fish bowls to pick up new business cards of business people for new leads, and teaches network marketers to be in their power and use their positive confessions and visualization to close deals and prospects and using their own creativity. His teaching is very strict and is made for the hard core sales person looking to close their prospects. His tone of voice is kind of cocky but he gets his point across to people, but I also find his seminars very expensive, especially for struggling network marketers.
I started to apply his methods of prospecting, I talked to strangers, something that you are already trained to do as a network marketer. I collected business cards from cork boards at the grocery stores to get new leads. I probably called over 500 people trying to convince them to join my business. It felt very uncomfortable because I always felt like I was intruding into someone's life especially if they were busy. Plus to make things worse, I had people hang up on me or yell at me because they discovered I was talking about having them join my business I thought that this is normal for being in a business of my own, that I have to go through the pain of rejection in order to be successful, but that is totally not true, not after I discovered that I can attract business builders who wanted to hear from me and customers who wanted to buy from me and the best part is that this new method is very consistent and predictable.
How about attracting business builders and customers to you, does that sound impossible to you? I thought so too but that is not a joke. If you really see, trainers like Tim sales and Mark Yarnell attract lots of business builders and lots of recruits because they provide value on how to build a business. If you were going to sign up with anyone, wouldn't you want to sign up with someone who knows what they are talking about? Here is the thing though, like these trainers, you can do the same thing too, only give out what you know. Provide solutions to the market place and start giving out value to people, like free content and training so your prospects will like you instead of being felt like they are being sold. That is what they do; they give out free content in the form of seminars, webinars and conference calls and the books they sell. In turn they attract prospects to themselves because they provide value. Start doing the right actions instead and you too will see the results you have been only dreaming about.
