Weird Things People Will Read
After clearing a clogged toilet for the umpth time I wrote a sarcastic article titled The Art of Butt Wiping. The idea of the article was to get my significant other to focus on the proper method of using a RV toilet.Because I could, I published the article on Associated Content. To my surprise, the article is approaching 1000 views in just under two months. Who would of thought so many people would wonder about butt wiping?
How to Stop a Rooster from Crowing, is another article I published on AC that keeps getting views. While not as popular as Hiney Hygeine, there must be a lot of roosters living near bedrooms.
So in keeping with the mediocre theme of this lens, perhaps you would like to post a link to an odd article that captured your attention.

The "Funniest Commercials You will Never See Again" gives two examples and invites more from the viewers. While some of the comments are off topic, many are perfect.
One of the big advantages of an interactive article is that commenters often return to see the responce to their and other comments. This keeps the article alive.
Writers for print media can take advantage of online interactive articles.
For example: Fictional character construction.
On a blog, invite viewers to construct the characters for a short story or novel. Set the genre and general theme and let the readers be a part of the creative process.

This is more of an each one teach one kinda deal. So the content be informative or a great example of squiding.
For you e-bookers, I am going to add another plexo soon along the same lines. There probably is not a novel in me, but there may be a few in the viewers. So if you e-veterans don't mind, throw the rookies a bone and think of your favorite online writing lens and blogs.
