NLP is the acronym for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a personal development model, developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in early 1970's. NLP consist of many techniques, skills, attitudes, morals and beliefs to change yourself and others in a way that you want it to be.

    I recommend you to start with "NLP: The New Technology" book. IT is easy to read and covers all the basics.
