I love Nlp. It was one of the few modalities that helped me conquer an intense fear of crossing bridges. We did the fast phobia cure and though it worked right away I needed a few more sessions.to trust the results. I found a reputable school of Nlp and became a practioner.

Thanks so much for this very interesting lens. This metaprogram idea is new to me, but something I definitely want to learn more about. I'm studying about Neuro Linguistic Programming myself, and what I'm finding makes me want to learn more. Keep up the great work.

I do a lot of brainwave entrainment meditations and find they really work if you use them long enough. You need to listen everyday for about 6 weeks to create new neural pathways in the brain. I also use EFT and mix in elements of NLP to change the internal programming, those unconscious beliefs usually created in childhood that cause problems later in life. I can't wait to check into the techniques you have listed here!

A lot of people dismiss the power of subliminal learning, but it's a powerful tool--especialy trying to keep New Year's resolutions.
