How to Never get an alcohol Hangover.
I have had 2 hangovers in my life. Both times I totally avoided this info. Hangovers are caused by:
1. Dehydration. Alcohol is a diaretic (meaning it takes water away from your body). Ever noticed how you urinate twice as much as you drank? Keep yourself hydrated! I have some simple tools listed below.
2. After being dehydrated your body uses b-vitamins to try to protect the body from stress. (dehydration IS stress to your body). When your body runs out of B-Vitamins to call to battle, your body systems suffer damage - that damage is the feeling of the hangover.
Ever noticed how alcoholics tend to look much older than they are? It is because of the regular micro-damage. asprins in the morning may help them feel less effects, but the damage is there.
3. Vomiting while you are drinkiing IS alcohol poisoning. It is your body's way to try to get the poison out of your body. Your body, and in fact ALL LIVING ORGANISIMS can only handle so much alcohol in it's system. Go over this limit and you are starting to poison your system. (remember, you can put alcohol on your cuts to kill micro-organisims that might want to get in your body). No matter how many B-Vitamins you take and even if you are super-hydrated, Alcohol Poisoning will cause you serious trouble and even death. If you think you have poisoned yourself have someone take you tho the hospital. A simple blood alcohol test will tell you and they can pump your stomach if needed.
