Edgar Allan Poe has been a favorite author of mine since I was very young. I remember reading "The Telltale Heart" and being terrified! Other favorites are "The Masque of the Red Death", "The Cask of Amontillado" and "The Pit and the Pendulum". This Halloween, or sooner, if you don't want to wait that long, I recommend that you read a little Poe to get your scare on...
