You are as young or as old as you think you are, as long as you put forth the fruits of our labor. This is a world record. One that age help make this record. Can you bench press 500 Pd's? The answer is yes, anyone can. People are stuck they only think of one way. In reality, thee are over 500 ways to bench press 500 Pd's. Take 100 Pd's and lift it 5 times and you have bench pressed 500 pounds. Take 50 pounds and lift it 10 times and you have lifted 500 pounds. Take 1 pound and lift it 500 times and you have lifted 500 Pd's. Most people only think of one way and that is all at once. I have known people who thought they were old when they were 22 years old. I knew people who thought they were old at 25. I knew people who thought they were old at 30. I knew people who thought they were old at 40. The List goes on and on. No one has a perfect body. First make your habits then your habits make you. Make good habits and you will be a healthy person. Make poor habits and you will become a unhealthy person. Life does not get much easier than that. Jack Lalanne is living proof at 92 years old.
