    What a great book, a well written page too. I have just voted for this for Octobers book in the reading group. I read it when I was younger, I was recommended in a bookshop and I have read it many times since. Thank you

    This was the first Neil Gaiman book I read and I've been hooked ever since. I love his characters and with just about every one of his novels I end up thinking wow, no one else could have written this!

    I watched the series and loved it (though I thought the Beast let it down a bit); loved the book too. I always wanted to open a curio shop called Croup & Vandemar...

    I'm a huge Neil Gaiman fan and this book is one of my favorites. I thought the mini-series was a pretty good depiction of the novel, but it would be great to see this made into a feature film a la Stardust.

    I read the book and didn't realize it was based on a teleplay until now...just ordered the DVD...very informative and fun review!

    OH. MY. GOSH. Neverwhere is one of my absolute favorite books of all time. How did I not know there was a BBC version? Brilliant! I've got to get my hands on that immediately!

    You know, I had no idea that the concept for Neverwhere initially stemmed from a TV series! I've read and enjoyed the novel but I'm excited at the prospect that it will be turned into a film. This is an excellent review as always, *blessed by an angel*

    I think American Gods is Neil Gaimens best work. I actually have him featured on my best fiction books lens. His work is stellar though. He's truly a great author.

    LOVE Neverwhere - one of my favorite books! I didn't realize it was a tv series first - I will definitely have to look into that! 5* and congratulations on making Giant!
