Neverwinter's nights 2 for mac osx

Neverwinter nights 2 is a computer rpg based on Dungeons and dragons 3.5 edition (also called revised edition).

- You can choose many races and classe, including some "prestige classes" introduced by the 3.5 edition

- When you start the game you can choose to play the "Official Campaign" (also referred as "OC"). There also some additional modules available online, both official and user-produced

- The game is single player, but there is also a multiplayer option. Even if are playing in single player mode, there are 12 "non playing characters" that you can hire in order to form a group. During the game you will influence these computer characters and will access informations and quests about them.

- You can reach level 20. As soon as the expansion (mask of the betrayal) will be published you will have access to "epic" moves and skills.

I've finally found a review regarding Neverwinter 2 MacOsx... dude i hope they put out a demo soon!

The game will always give you the option to use skills such as diplomacy, intimidation, or bluff when communicating with the various characters in the game. These skills are actual numbers which you can increase with the amount of skill points you gain as you level up your character and you will succeed or fail depending on how strong your character is in these areas.

Issues

There seem to be a few issues with the AI system within the game which slows gameplay on the Mac. Sometimes the leader of the group will start walking, and it will take a few seconds for your party to start following you creating a sort of lag. This is fine in wide open spaces but inside a dungeon with many walls and rooms your party members can get stuck while you are already engaging the next batch of creatures.
