This private, two story four bedroom villa is just off the base of Mount Nevis overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea with a view of St. Kitts, Nevis's sister island off in a distance. The sunsets are spectacular and bright mesmerizing night skies provide an escape from reality.Located on a lush setting of colorful tropical gardens, the villa is only a five minute drive to quiet magnificent beaches and local restaurants.
The second story of the villa consists of two queen size bedrooms each with a full bath and walk-in closet. Ceiling fans augment the famous West Indies Trade Winds. A spacious new modern kitchen, dining, living and den area separate the bedrooms for privacy. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms also each with full bath and separated by a spacious living area and new kitchen with studio sized stove, refrigerator and microwave.
And I must mention the open veranda that runs three quarters the way across the front of the building. You will lounge for hours enjoying a full view of paradise. You also have a view of our gardens and partial view of the Caribbean when opening the two wide wooden slat doors on the lower level.
A full laundry with washer and dryer is attached to the building.
There are several options for rental. One can choose to rent the entire 4 bedroom villa, either of the two story levels or for loners; one can rent one bedroom with full bath with or without access to the kitchen and living area.

Things I Enjoy On Nevis
Yea!! Good Times
--waking up 7:30AM, sitting on our veranda looking at the Caribbean Sea.--taking a walk with my wife to the sea and strolling down the beach bare feet. Every once in a while deciding to take a cool morning dip; yep all the way in.
--hanging out at Sunshines Bar and Grill.
--eating pizza a Mems.
--working on my computer on the veranda.
--pouring seven on the ant hills in our garden; sorry environmentalists, these creatures are pest to me and they bite hard.
--siting at the granite top island in our kitchen chatting with friends and family with an ice cold Carib Beer.
--watching the palms in our garden blow in the wind.
--picking and eating grapefruit, apples and oranges from the fruit trees in our garden.
--Boring Day-I have spent 100's of days in Nevis and this is the only day I ever recall it raining so long in the day. Got to take it! With every single day generally bright and warm with frequent rains at night when I am asleep, I am very happy today 12/30/07. The colors outside are gray and green. A lot of gray and actually a lot of green!
2/10/07 Enjoyed the beautiful panoramic view of the Caribbean and St. Kitts at a distance. With the exception of Cape Town, South Africa perhaps the most beautiful view I have ever experienced.

My Experience, ONLY
December 26, 2007.OK. This was awesome. Real thoroughbred horse racing on Nevis. What an event!
There were 4 races and actual betting. Oh, I did not realize that until after I left. I thought it was just friendly betting between friends but they actually had real wagering.
I have been to horse races before, but never have seen horses literally "flying." Wow, what a thrill. You have got to visit Nevis. I am so grateful to be able to enjoy this wonderful island.

Just getting ready to go to bed and realized that I need to share something with you that makes a big difference in your life here. Skin So Soft by Avon is a great moisturizer and keeps the mosquitoes away. Had to tell you!!
4/13/08
Just returned to New York City from Nevis having spent most of the winter, you know; since December 12th. It was a great time.
My extended stay was to oversee some minor renovations on our villa. I am convinced it offers one of the best accommodations on this relatively quiet yet spectacular Caribbean island.
Because of the flexibility we have in sectioning off our home away from home, you can comfortably and economically enjoy it alone, with your partner or with your entire family and a couple friends. We think it is also a perfect place to host small business, artistic or spiritual retreats. My daughter Sherell and her partner have already booked a retreat there for their Chicago based real estate company, The Carter Ware Group.
Great to be home! Off to Tanzania in June to attend the Leon H. Sullivan Summit there. My wife and I are hoping to engage ourselves in some form of project development work in Africa. Our world is ever expanding and we are excited.

Yesterday, my wife and I returned to our villa in Nevis for a couple of months stay. We have not been here since our trip to Zambia and South Africa Last April. Waking up this morning and looking out at the beautiful view of the Caribbean from our veranda we realized it has been too long.
