There is also Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows(part one) to look forward to in anticipation of the final installment of the Harry Potter movies being released in the cinema in the Summer 2011. One of my favorite movies, Disney Tangled is also due to be released in April 2011 too.
So lots of New DVD Releases in 2011 to look forward to.

New DVD Releases 2011 - March

New DVD Releases for March 2011 include, the Oscar nominated Christian Bale in The Fighter. One of my favorite actors Matt Damon in Hereafter, and of course the biggest Disney DVD release so far this year Tangled, will be released on March 29th, 2011

The Fighter DVD

The Fighter DVD, is released on March 15, 2011, it runs for 115 mins. It is the story of Micky Ward (played by Mark Wahlberg), who grew up in working-class Massachusetts. Micky is a welterweight boxer, but even though he has a talent for the boxing ring he is held back by his family, including the superb Christian Bale as his brother, Dicky Eklund.
Then Micky has a chance to turn his life around and seek succes when he meets Charlene (Amy Adams), a strong woman who encourages him to stand up for himself and his future. When Dicky ends up in prison, and Micky takes on a more experienced manager, his fortunes start to improve, but it isn't in his nature to abandon the people who raised him, so he attempts to unite the various factions in his life before his shot at the world championship slips away.

The Tourist

In all honesty I think that The Tourist is going to be a film you either love or hate, a bit like Marmite. The coupling of Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp is, I find a bit odd, I don't know why.
But when you see a film with these two big stars in it I think that people might expect a big movie with lots of action, car chases you know what I mean I am sure.
But that is not what this movie is, it is more of a thriller, like they used to make them. A bit slower, and wonderfully filmed, so bear this in mind if you are thinking of watching it.
The Tourist tells the story of Elise, a mysterious woman who meets an unsuspecting Frank, on a train from Paris to Venice. Frank is simply a math teacher from Wisconsin who is on holiday, then before he knows it is caught up in a chase through Venice. With some very good supporting actors such as Paul Bettany, Rufus Sewell and not to mention Timothy Dalton, it is an enjoyable movie.
I would recommend you check out these REVIEWS first before you decide to see it.

New Releases DVD - April

New Releases to DVD in April include the long awaited Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows(part one), Tron: Legacy and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. There are also two more Oscar nominated films, True Grit and The King's Speech. So a really great month for quality movies.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows DVD (part one)

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows(part one) is released to DVD on April 15, 2011, and has a run time of 146 minutes.
So the long awaited Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes to DVD this month. It will lead us nicely onto the cinema release of part two, the final installment of the Harry Potter movies. Deathly Hallows(part one) takes Harry, Hermione and Ron on the road to find the Horcruxes, which are objects that contain parts of Voldemort's soul. This is a darker movie than the ones that have gone before, and there is not the usual supporting cast that we expect. Hogwarts is kind of behind them as they go off on their own. Still the acting is good, and so too is the scenery, if you have seen all the other Harry Potter movies this one is a must, as it leads up to the final big show down. A tie between Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 1 and True Grit - I admit I watched both in the theaters already, but they are good enough to own and deserve to be seen. While you may not trust my opinion, you may trust the masses, which is why I always visit http://www.filmcrave.com/dvd_new.php
