    Allays wanted to go to Atlantic city since i saw that one movie in the 80's with Burt Lancaster.

    Our first born claims NJ as his home state by birtth. He never lived more than a year and change. Tom's River was geat!

    Raised in Camden, New Jersey, with younger siblings born there. Have one sister that lives in Moorestown, NJ. In Camden, we were famous for Drive in movies, RCA Victor, and the Cambell's Soup Company and Museum.

    We love the Jersey Shore and spend some time there every October. This was a fun lens. I got 80% on the quiz and 100% on all the poll questions. Fun lens!

    I was once married in "Jersey", when I lived around "Philly". Married in Parvin State Park. I used to go to church in "Jersey", and have been to Wildwood, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Runnemeade, and Cherry Hill, among others. In "Philly", when you go "to the shore", it could mean a visit to many of the "Jersey" shores. I took the quiz - got a "fair" score. Ashamed of my self...

    I only got 1 right. I live in Arkansas. I don't know much about New Jersey but, I would like to visit someday.

    Visited New Jersey a couple of times as a kid and had traffic circle incident as a young adult, and enjoyed the beach and explored the boardwalk at Atlantic City. Great quiz and congrats on purple star.

    This was a fun quiz! I got 6 out of 10. That's not too bad, I guess. I didn't think I'd ever been to NJ, but I just remembered that I have been to Atlantic City. I didn't realize that all of those entertainers hailed from there. That's a pretty cool! I enjoyed my visit here and learning more about your state. Considering I live in MD, I really should try to get up there some time and check out the sights. Great lens and congratulations for a well-deserved purple star!

    Yes, we have quite a few entertainers born here in NJ, maybe something to do with being so close to NY? I dunno, but for a long list of them, you'll have to take a look at my "Weird New Jersey" lens, it's one of the first I did years ago when I started Squidoo:-)

    I've never been to Jersey, nor have I heard much about it. I've seen it on a map but it was so small I could hardly pick out the details, in comparison to many other states. I managed to get 3 out of 10 in your first quiz but I got every other one wrong. However, I did learn a few things - enough to learn that I'd like to visit someday.

    This was a fun quiz about New Jersey! I lived there for 5 years in the 80's so I knew the answers to many of the questions. Goofed up on 2 of them.

    I've never been to NJ and it showed on my quiz. Only 50% but I got some of the others right and knew where you lived so that should count for something. lol

    Wow, Claudia, I only got 60% and I am originally from upstate New York. My grandfather lived in New Jersey for awhile and I visited him there. I did enjoy my time in N.J. I did add my state capitals quiz to your plexo. Thanks for a very interesting and challenging lens!

    I feel a little embarrassed - only 7/10. I've lived in PA my whole life, you'd think I would know more about my neighboring state. Well, anyway, I've been there numerous times at the beaches, concerts, and to visit family and friends. It really it a beautiful state and you have done a wonderful job of presenting it! :)

    Wow, Claudia! I really enjoyed this lens. I scored rather low on the quiz...my score was 50%, in fact. *Blush! I will say that I learned a great deal about New Jersey that I never knew before, and you did a fantastic job with the presentation and content of this page. I have so much to learn as a lensmaster, and you are among those who I consider to be great inspirations. 5*s!

    Love your lens! I learned a lot about New Jersey. My daughter and I visited two years ago and went to Cape May. We'd love to return sometime.

    Thank you...Cape May is so beautiful, we have friends who run a hotel down there and have been down there for a couple of retreats. It really makes me realize what a long State we are, going all the way from up here to all the way down there, but it's worth it...beautiful!

    I lived in New Jersey for a short time before the age of 3. My dad was in the Navy stationed on the East Coast. Don't remember it, but have a pic of me on the beach there.
