Think about it, unlike any other product which can only sell once, if the health product is good, your customer will buy it over and over again. I only promote Micronutra. Also, their commision is very good, I got over $100 commission once from only one affiliate sell.

I have been very successful to promote their Heartburn relief product (refluxamine) and Asthma reflief product (Respitrol). I used both product personally, and the result was very good especially the heartburn relief product.

Step 1 - keywaord research

Look for the keywords over 10 people searches per day with less than 5 competition in Google with quotes. I use WordTracker. The free trial gives you 2 hours to find the keywords. Download the keywords result(csv file) and use Excel to organize the keywords. Many people tell you that you need to buy a third-party software to organize your keywords. But the truth is you don't really need to - Excel can do more than enough.

Step 2 - Create a squidoo lense and some blogs

First, create a free squidoo lense. If you are working on, for example, acid reflux and heartburn relief product, you should name your lense something like "Everything you need to know about hearburn and acid reflux relief".

Now, I have some great keywords in my Excel. I pick up this keyword phrase: "giving zantac to infants for acid reflux". This keywords has 50 seaches per day with only 3 competitions on Google, and it is good enough for me to rank at the Google first page.

You may wonder what the hack is zantac, but don't worry, just searches the similar articles from some free article directories such as ezinesarticle or go-atricle. The next thing you need to do is to create a blog about acid reflux and heartburn. Paste the free article in your post and add the keyword phrase "giving zantac to infants for acid reflux" before and after the post, and of course, bold them. That's it. Your blog is done.

Go back to your squidoo lense, add the keyword phrase "giving zantac to infants for acid reflux" somewhere in your lense and link it to your blog. Now your blog post already has ONE backlink with the long tail keyword's anchor text.

Step 3 - social book-marking

So far so good? But you are not done, one backlink is not enough to rank in top 3 on Google. You need at least 10 more. Click Here to use the free one-click social book-marking tools(OnlyWire). Everytime you finish a blog post, use this to generate at least 15 backlinks with only one click. However, you need at least 20 minutes in the first time to register all the social book-marking sites.

15 backlinks is more than enough to rank in the top 3 at google with the long tail keywords. Don't forget to submit your new blog into google directory. the address is here: http://blogsearch.google.com/ping.
My blog usually gets indexed in google less than 2 days after I added it to the google blog directory.

Step 4 - add adsense into blog's body

You need to add the adsense into blog's body to induce more clicks. Read our blog here to learn how to do it.

Step 5 - make a few squidoo lens

Again, use the free article to create a few lens and link to your blog. Don't worry about dupicated content, I usually rank higher than the orginal article in google with the backlinks.
