A new and improved Module Picker
The old module picker has been overhauled, tested by dozens of Giant Squids, and is now packed with some cool tools for newbies and pros alike. Our goal was to make it easier for you to find and add modules to your lenses. After all, modules are the building blocks for great content!
How to access the Showcase? Just edit lenses as you normally would. Click the "Add Modules" button at the top of your Workshop, and you'll see the new Showcase slide down.
Our goal for the new Module Showcase
Faster browsing and adding of modules. After all, modules are the building blocks for great content.
Improvements worth noting
A few of my favorite benefits of the new showcase:
* Set your own list of Favorite Modules that you use the most, and get a shortcut to them right in the sidebar of your lens workshop editor.
* At last, there's a true, A-Z scrolling list of all modules on the site. Sometimes you just want to see the whole shebang.
* There's a list of the top 30 modules by usage, which even shows you exactly how many times a particular module has been used on Squidoo. The text module has been used 1,227,826 times!
* For newbie lensmasters (or, anyone with fewer than 5 lenses) your Module Showcase screen defaults to the Module Tour, which goes step by step through what modules are, how to make them work well, and our 6 starter favorites.
* Of course, the Module Tour is accessible to anyone, just look for the green tab in the Showcase.
* Finally, another shortcut: Instead of clicking "Add modules" and leaving the Workshop and waiting for another page to load, this Add Modules showcase just slides down like a tray, so you don't have to leave or wait for load times. Superquick browsing and adding.
Here's what the Module Tour looks like

Easy to browse the top 30 most popular modules
and see how many times they're used on lenses!

Set your own list of Favorite modules
the ones you use the most.

Then access them straight from your lens workshop editor! Here's what it looks like.
P.S. Of course, modules are just the beginning
It's up to you to add amazing content to each one!
