Selling is only half the job. The second half.
We changed the sales paradigm.

Buyers first must define all aspects of their problem. THen they must manage the politics and pitfalls of change. Teach them how to design their unique solution. Then you can sell.

About sharondrew

I am the developer and creator of a new selling model that I've been writing books about, training, and coaching about since 1989.

Being a visionary in the field of sales is a dark and lonely job, especially when folks are now recognizing that a few of my ideas make sense and have eschewed the ethical model and entire skill set that is behind them.

I have now begun taking the same foundation of the idea - I've actually coded the way decisions get made, and teach a new form of question that teaches the brain how to expand possibilities using its own unique criteria - and am now moving the model into change management and coaching.

My fervent desire is to have the world recognize and learn the skills that will give each person the ability to serve one another by helping make their best decision.

Sometimes I recognize the folly in going after world change, but it seems to be my way of life. I keep a sign on my desk that says it all, and keeps me going: Behind every giant oak tree is a nut that held its ground.

Besides designing new decision models, I also write books (best known is NYTimes Business Best Seller Selling with Integrity), articles, give a lotta talks and do coaching for folks seriously interested in changing.

I'm also a dancer; I dance about 6 hours a week, mostly with a lovely group here in Austin called Body Choir that is kinda a spiritual dance community.

And, I see over 200 movies a year - they inspire me and get to my creative parts.

I also license training companies world-wide to deliver my Buying Facilitation model, using a new form of training I've developed that I call Learning Facilitation.

I'm also a Buddhist. Keeps me honest.
