How to Write a New Business Concept

If your in the dark about writing a new business concept then reference the below example new business concept to help you get going.

Example of a New Business Concept

In case you were ever wondering, or have been thinking about developing a business, then you can first start with creating a New Business Concept. Below you will find a New Business Concept that I created for an Extreme Sports Park I came up with.

Creating a business concept is a fast and easy way to summarize a business idea you may have. It outlines the basic idea of the business, in areas of service, target market, the reason behind it, what you will provide, and lastly management.

New Business Concept
Extreme Sports Park

Service
This sports park will offer a wide variety of activities. Some of the activities I have considered including are paintball, mountainboarding, mountainbiking, bmx, skateboarding, and airsoft. There will be different sections of the park devoted to each activity, and customers will pay admission and additional fees for either rentals or consumables at the designated area of the park. The park will offer many fields for paintball play, dirt courses for mountainboarding and biking, and possibly an indoor or outdoor skatepark. Clinics, leagues, tournaments, and other events will be scheduled at this park.

Target Market
The target market will be sports enthusiasts, people wanting to try new things, or anyone wanting to watch the events. This park will be open to expansion, and will offer more activities to meet the interest of the area. The target market will grow as we add more activities that various people can participate in.

Why Open This Park
As of now, parks like these are rare and do not offer as many activities as they could. I plan of developing this park so it will be appealing to all types of people, not just extreme sports enthusiasts. This park will offer a wide variety of entertainment and is sure to impact the community of whatever city it will be located in. The park will be open to the public, so anyone wanting to come and watch an event will be able to.

Unique Service
There are some extreme sports parks in the U.S., but most only offer a couple of sports and activities. My park will offer many, and will have the potential for expansion and adaptability to customer's preferences. The sports activities that are offered at this park will be more developed than other competitors. For example, paintball has many different styles of play, and each style of play attracts a different group of people. This park will be designed to attract every group of person, from freestyle to freeride, recreational to competitive. This is what will separate this park from the rest; each sports activity will be developed to catch the attention of the sports entire audience.

Management
This park will start off with a few general activities: paintball, boarding and biking, and will later grow to offer more activities and events. Most extreme parks this size get hundreds of people a day, so there will need to be at least twenty employees, as most of them will be designated to the paintball fields.
