There are so many options in central New Jersey for fun. Here is a list I compiled, mostly from personal experience. I hope you have fun visiting these locations.
- NJ State Museum
- A great museum with a Planetarium in Trenton!
- Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Aquarium
- Point Pleasants boardwalk has all the rides, food and games you would expect and there is also a nice little aquarium with a great penguin exhibit.
- NJ Adventure Aquarium
- A beautiful, large Aquarium in Camden
- Great Adventure/Wild Safari and Hurricane Harbor
- A huge amusement park with a safari and large water park.
- Fun Town Pier
- Seaside Park amusements, and boardwalk
- Morey's Pier Wildwood
- Amusement park, water park, games and boardwalk in Wildwood
- Jersey Shore Pirates
- Sail away on a replica pirate ship in the calm waters of the bay in Brick. Armed with water cannons, go on a treasure hunt. Kids will love it.
- Grounds for Sculpture - Hamilton
- Beautifully landscaped park with over 250 unique sculptures. Kids will love it too! The beautiful Rat's restaurant is on the property.

- Six Flags seems to be missing from the list. I mean, it's not the best place to go, but it's something to do. It's in Jackson (South NJ).

- Thats a nice list, but you forgot about Choppers Old School Barber shop in Flemington,NJ. Where you can get the slickest pompadour,push back or the flattest flat top and high and tights that are out of this world. Check us out!
