*A seamless global compensation pay plan that is fair to all, and rewards efforts of those who work and build the business, whether part-time or full-time.

During the stage while you're looking at different MLM opportunities and doing your due diligence, ask the company (or key leaders),  to disclose the average payout to distributors at different rank levels, so that you have an idea what approximate incomes are being earned by others and this can help you set your goals and targets.
