Welcome to the 2008 NFL Draft

The draft is almost upon us ladies and gentleman and the 2008 NFL Draft can be categorized with one phrase. "How about those running backs" With all the juniors coming out the talent pool is ridiculous. The 2nd and 3rd round could produce pro bowl type running backs. A few backs that might slip are Michigans's Mike Hart, West Virginia's Steve Slaton and Rutger's Ray Rice. All have question marks abou their size, but all have incredible talent.

The quarterback that I want to highlight is Josh Johnson from small school San Diego. Stands at 6' 3" 200 pounds, has the frame to put on more weight and will need to in the NFL. Johnson stands tall in the pocket, holds the ball high and has a quick over hand release, very accuate , nice velocity and he has remarkable touch. When he scrambles watch out, he is lightening quick. He reminds me of a cross between Vince Young and Tony Romy. Well coached by former NFL quarterback Jim Harbaugh.

Good page. I know your main concentration is your own home page, but you might want to expand this a little bit more. Look up walterfootball.com - they do a link exchange for mock drafts that got me a whole lot of traffic. Thanks again for stopping by!
