Hint: Combine Vinyls

Apply vinyls to your car but leave at least one empty vinyl slot. Exit the shop and return. Select the empty vinyl slot (if it asks you to choose vinyl color just press esc and select the empty slot again). When you select a unique vinyl the other vinyls will disappear but they will come back after you pay for your setup. You can layer the vinyls the same as usual.

Start game, go to the main menu, go to the Statistics sub-menu, go back again (pressing DELETE), and then enter your desired cheat. Here is a list of all of the available cheats for Need For Speed Underground:

Unlock the 1998 Nissan Skyline GTR34:

Complete at least the first 80 missions in Underground mode. Then defeat
Samantha on the medium difficulty level and win the next drag race.
The recommended car is the Acura RSX.

Unlock 10 New Rides

Reach at least 4 million style points.
Nism Nissan Sentra, Acura Integra Type-R, Petey Pablos car, Samanthas car, Rob
Zombies car, Mystikals car, Lostprophets Nissan Skyline, Junkman's Honda Civic,
Melissas Nissan 350Z, Eddies Nissan Skyline and a few more if you continue on
to 5 million style points.
