Peaceful Rebellion is an age-old right of the people. And it is very applicable today.

We live in a system today that has been created to place us in servitude to the Powers that Be (this is not just the Government, as you will see it you stay with me).
A system that is full of deceit and lies, and which has been carefully designed to make us beleive that things are one way, when in fact they are pretty much the opposite.

We - the real living beings of this Earth have a lot more power in the eyes of the law than we have been led to believe. And we can use this to our benefit. But we have to be clever about it and we have to do it in a non-confrontational way.

What are the practical applications then?

How would you like for all the millions of Statues, Rules and Regulations that are so many and so intrusive that we can barely breathe without breaking one of them
- how would you like to become free of them? And only be answerable to the law when you actually comitted a real crime, like causing harm, loss or deceiving someone?

What if you understood what the Banks do when they lend money, and could use this to blow their cover and become financially free?

What if you came to know yourself so well that you know what you are and are not in the eyes of the law, and could use this to deal with tickets, penalty charges and taxes?

My answer to that is that the deception has been going on for generations and has hit us from all directions since we were children, until we come to accept it for the true picture of the world.

No matter if you stopped paying any direct taxes today, you would still pay a lot of taxes. Someone told me there is over a hundred taxes on a loaf of bread (if one counts all taxes paid by all involved in making that loaf).

So the answer to the question above is Yes! - Unless you head for the hills and produce your own food, clothing etc. And even then I doubt that you are not paying some indirect tax if you barter for goods you need now and then.

Do YOU have to pay Income tax? No, and truth is YOU never really did. It is your Person/Strawman who is a tax payer. If you are foolish enough to pay for him that is your problem. Read Mary Crofts book for more on that and what she did to stop paying Income Tax.

PS. I am not against taxes as in Fuel Tax to pay for roads and other costs of motoring. I am against massive taxation with the purpose of keeping us poor and paying Government loans and a bloated oppressive administration. The Biggest Game in Town

There are those who claim that a Trust Account is created for each Person at birth and that this is used as security for the Government loans. This account may later in life run into the millions if not billions. The Public bodies acting as Trustees for this account cannot directly spend that money without your authorization (and since you do not know about it, how can you do that?) so they use it as collateral for their loans.

So it appears We in a way are the surety for their debt, and that the running costs of Government and all their projects are not directly financed by taxes, but taxes are rather collected to pay for the interest to the loans. And as the debt just grows larger and larger they have to collect more and more taxes to pay the private Creditors. But what happens when the debt is so large that there will no longer be enough money to collect for the interest, or people will refuse to pay almost all they earn in tax?

They cannot pay the debt with the Trust Account, as it is not their money, they are just looking after the money.

They cannot let the public get direct access to that account as if they did, most people would just stop working and spend what is in that account, and very soon a loaf of bread would cost millions.

We are said to be able to use this Trust Account for setting off Public Debt, but not for purchases. If that is true then we could pay our tax with that account, as well as our personal debts. We could possibly ger rid of the National Debt, if we acted responsibly with this account - but would we?

It is a tricky dilema. If you suddenly found out that you had millions or billions in an account under your name, would you still go to work tomorrow? How many others do you thing would still go to work? If no one went to work how long would this society last?

In the Courts of today there is no such thing as "innocent until proven guilty" that does not apply to the Strawman/Person (who is the one on trial) but only applies in Common Law which will not be applied unless you see to it.

These days you are "Guilty" until declared "Not Guilty", or the case is dismissed.

Therefore never make any kind of statement to a Policeman/officer - not even (and especially not) "Yes" as a reply to "Do you understand?" after you have been read your rights at an arrest.

Formulate anything you want to say as a question.

He who asks questions is in charge. So ask the Policeman nicely things like:
"Why?"
"By what authorithy?"
"Could I please see some identification?"
"Do you have a bona fide claim against me?"
"Am I free to go?"
"Am I under arrest?"
"Who is the injured party?"
"Can I please see the written and signed charges against me?"

Also, when you obey an order you automatically by your action give the ordering person jurisdiction over you.
So a non-confrontational way of dealing with orders that does not matter is to ask if they mind if you do what they just ordered you to do, like:
"Would you mind if I stepped out of the car?" "Do you mind if I show you my drivers license?" "Do you mind if I blow in that thing to show you that I have not been driving after drinking alcohol?"

A more confrontational way to deal with orders would be: "Is that an order?" Yes! "OK, since an order is chargable, my fee for executing that order is $100,000.00 paid in advance, do you have that on you?" (Now you can always come after them for that amount if they go ahead and force you to do what they ordered you to do.)

Also, do not in any way resist them physically. If they say "Get up against that wall" do not move. But if they grab you move as they direct you, and if they let go, stop. May be a good idea to announce "I am doing this against my free will and under coersion and threat"

If you can at all avoid it, do not give them your name, your fingerprints and your picture. These things are your property. If you stand for the camera allowing them to take a picture, you have given them a pircture. If they have to hold your twisted face up to a camera - they have taken the picture. See the difference. If you lift your hand or finger to go trough the action of giving your fingerprint, you did it voluntarily. If they had to grab your hand and finger, they took it. This makes a difference in how a court would deal with you.

This is all Contract Law. They give you an offer "Show me your drivers license." You can either Accept the offer and comply. Or, you can give a counter offer "I would be happy to show you my license, if you first show me a photo ID, establishing beyond doubt that you are a genuine policeman, as well as give me your public liability bond number so that I have an avenue of recourse in the event that I would be treated improperly in this encounter." (they are very unlikely to do this and may just let you off with a warning) or you could remain silent (which is usually interprested as consent given) or you could refuse the offer. The two first ones are honourable and the two last ones are dishonourable.
Always stay in honour. And if you do not like to accept the offer, the conditional acceptance is the way to go. Make the conditions such that they are unlikely to agree - then they will be the ones in dishonour.

This world is very sick. It could be a paradise, but is edging closer and closer to hell - and in many places it is hell already.

I have lived in several countries and I have seen that the same thing is going on everywhere. Those who have only lived in one country think it is the Government that is behind all the bad news. But if that was so, how come we see the same trends all over the world of rising crime, more people popping mind altering drugs, school children being put in chemical straight jackets, youth becoming destructive or apathetic, debt escalating, taxes rising, people becoming poorer and poorer, etc etc.???

It is very fashionable in the media to poh poh the idea of a group of people controlling the world for their own means, and if you beleive that stuff you are some kind of sad spotty nerd who has retreated from the real world. You are ridiculed for believing in Conspiracy "Theories". But the truth is that there are a lot more evidence for the existence of a Conspiracy than the opposite.

If you continue to study this subject you will soon see a picture emerging that the real problem of this world is the men behind the money system - the big banking families. They control the World Bank, the IMF, the National Reserve Banks and they own most Governments of this Earth. They have had this idea of a New World Order for a long time and have worked at it tirelessly. Their aim is a world where they sit on top and everyone else does exactly what they say. They gave us Napoleon, Hitler, Communism, income tax, and many more evils.

The worst thing of it all is that all these billions they "lent" our Governments, are nothing but entries into a computer. There were never a stash of money sitting around that they lent. They just took a figure out of thin air, typed it into an account and viola! We are all in deep debt as well as our children. The National debt is just a fantasy invented by men who are not content with being wealthy enough to be able to fulfil any desires on a personal basis, so they want You and they want this World. To them it is just a fun game.

Here is my point, we can sit like obedient sheep and admire the green grass and the sunshine and taste the nice grass and think that all is well with the world and that nothing will change much.
But guess what? One day a big truck will reverse up and many cheep will be sent off to the abbattoir - maybe you will be among them. Then it will be too late to act.

We still have some semblance of freedom. Can you afford not to at least consider what could happen. The Natzis killed 6 million Jews, Stalin killed millions of the very people that helped him to power. Mao Tze Tung killed 60 or so million chinese that had an education or owned property. Caombodia and other South East Asian countries killed the educated, the land owner or the business people. So what is to say that this could ot happen again closer to home?

I am sorry if this was not very uplifting. But I wanted to get this off my chest.

I am not saying that we should be very serious and militant about all this, people respond better to something funny and engaging, so make it that way!

Remenber this is all about peaceful rebellion. They have got the guns and the prisons. Also remember that the people who do the work for them are most of them decent people who are completely unaware of what is really going on.

They are just another human being who is trying to put food on the table and do his/her job.

Have you received a Penalty Charge Notice for a violation of any of the millions of Statues, Rules and Regulations that our dear Government are foisting upon us?

Most common ones are for Parking Violations, Driving faster than the speed they have declared is right, paying something after their deadline, or not providing them with something they demand. Or... not wearing safety goggles when picking your teeth, hanging a picture without wearing a hard hat or saying something without first rattling of a series of legal disclaimers.

The fact is that you have been a victim of a gigantic deception that has been going on for a very long time. You have been tricked to believe that they stand above you in the law. That they have authority over You. Remember the old Maxim: "We are all equal before the law".

Well that still stands. The fact is that You are actually senior to the Government - because you are a living thinking flesh and blood being, which a government is not. A government is nothing but an idea expressed on paper - a corporation, a legal fiction, all be it a large one. It itself does not exist in the Physical Universe as such - the employees, land and buildings of it does, but the government itself does not. You can sign a contract - the government can't. How can an idea expressed on paper hold a pen?? Only another human being authorized to sign on behalf of the government can. And that human being is your equal before the law.

What does this all have to do with dealing with a Penalty Charge Notice, I hear you say. Well, it has everything to do with that. If you understood where you stand in relation to the law you would not be where you are today. Did you know that your car is not yours? Look at the Registration Certificate - you are only listed as the "keeper". You signed it over to the state when you signed the registration papers. That is why they can take it and crush it if you do not pay the "keepers fee" (tax). That is why they can demand that you keep it insured (it is their property and they do not want to be liable for what you do with it).

I am not saying that you need to study the millions of Statues expressed in various Acts issued by the Government. You need to learn Who and What you are in the eyes of the law and what law applies to You. This can be done in a relatively short time.

If you are given an "On the Spot" fine by a police officer, he might want you to sign it and will keep the Original for himself and give you a Copy. But that "Ticket" is actually a "Bill of Exchange" and as such you have the right to ask for the Original. Do not refuse to sign it, that will put you in dispute (they want this, so they can take you to Court to settle the dispute), instead say: "I recognise that as a Bill of Exchange. I accept your Bill of Exchange - please give me the original which I have a right to ask for". Most likely it will be swapped for a "Warning".

And remember, Stand your Ground! Do not give in to their bluffs and threats. Be polite and accept everything they say with a conditional acceptance.

This is not something I have tested myself. I drive on a foreign license in the UK, so they can't take any points off it anyway.

It looks like it is worth a try, since I can't see any adverse effect of doing this. It is completely honourable and inside the system.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET A TRAFFIC TICKET:

This advice was sent by a retired State Farm agent! This system has
been tried and it works in every state.

If you get a speeding ticket or went through a red light, or whatever
the case may be, you're going to get points on your license and a
surcharge on your auto insurance. This is a method to insure that you
DO NOT get the points.

When you get your fine, send in a check to pay for it. If the fine is
$79.00 make the check out for $82.00, some small amount over the fine.
The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference.
However, here is the trick: DO NOT CASH THE REFUND CHECK! Throw it
away! THAT'S RIGHT.THROW IT AWAY...

Points are not assessed to your license until all Financial Transactions
are complete. If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are
NOT complete. The system has received its money and is satisfied and
will no longer bother you.

This information comes from an unmentionable computer company that sets up the standard databases used by every state.Send this to everyone you know. You never know when they may need it.

If you have received a Summons for a Court Appearance, and it is for a victim-less crime such as violating one of the millions of Statues that have been created in order to collect money from us, there are a few things you need to know.

If your name appears in CAPITAL LETTERS or with a title such as Mr. Mrs. Miss. Ms. Dr. etc. it is not addressed to You. This is one of the little known things that the Government and it's agencies like to keep secret. So much so that most Government employees do not even know about this.

It is addressed to your PERSON/STRAWMAN. What the h... is that, I hear you say. OK, let me try to explain. When you were born your parents registered your birth. By doing so they transferred legal title from themselves to the State, for you. The state then created a Legal Entity, a kind of Corporation, using the name supplied by the parents, BUT there was one difference. The name of this new Corporation is written with capital letters.

The State also creates an account in this name. This is Bond or Share and it is listed in the Financial Markets and the Government uses this to generate funds for itself (without telling you of course). The amounts in this account can be quite astronomical. This is however not the subject of this article.

The reason your Person/Strawman is created is mainly to enslave you. You see, you were created by your parents/nature/God - not the Government. So the government has no authority over YOU the living breathing being and consciousness that is really You, because it is not the creator of this. So the State creates the Person/Strawman and then does it's best to make us believe that we are it. It of course owns the Person/Strawman since it created it, and by tricking you to agree that you are it, it can control you. This is probably the main reason behind the drive for ID cards.

They trap us by presenting us with documents and making it appear that we have to sign these, and thereby declare that we are the Person/Strawman, since we say so with our signature. Things like tax forms, drivers license applications, etc. We then in actuality becomes the security for their Person/Strawman. The legal definition of "Person" is "a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person". Since the artificial Person is just an idea expressed on paper, it cannot think act or pick up a pen and sign a paper, it needs a living being to do this for it, which is you.

All this is explained in a free E-Book by Mary Croft, called "How I clobbered every Cash Confiscatory Agency known to man". In it she explains how the Courts of today work and why we can't refer to the Constitution and other fundamental documents any more.

This subject is too big for a single article, so I am just going to give a few tips here.

Stating the following before you agree to do anything in a Court, could stop the whole process right there if you are lucky:
"I reserve my natural rights under common law and my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally.

I do not accept the liability or the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.

I wave all benefits, and I release the court from it's duty to perform, as consideration."

If your name is called, do not say "Yes" or "Here". It was not your name that was called - it was you Person's name. By saying "Yes" you have contracted with the court and agreed that you are the Person. State your name by saying "My name is John of the Doe family" or "My name is Capital J, lower case o, h, n Capital D and lower case o, e."

When sworn in, Do not answer "Yes" to "...the whole truth and nothing but the truth?" It is not illegal to lie, but you swearing not to makes it. Answer something like "No! If I knew the whole truth and nothing but the truth, I would not be here - I would be God! But I will answer any questions to the best of my ability."

If asked "Do you Understand?" do not say "Yes". In Legalese Understand means "Stand Under some ones authority". Say something like "No, I do not stand under. But I comprehend."

Make as few statements as possible - they can and will be used against you. Try to formulate anything you want to say as a question.

The Negative Averment is the most powerful question. Example: "Is it not the case that...."
This shifts the burden of proof upon your opponent.

Also. If you are in Dishonour, you loose automatically. So do not disagree with anything and be courteous and have friendly manners. Thank the Judge for his answers.
To get around disagreeing or pleading guilty or not guilty, state that you do not challenge any of the facts in the Summons. Then use a "Conditional Agreement" when dealing with the charges. As in:
"I conditionally agree that I violated the Health & Safety Act by not wearing a Hard Hat when working on the roof, upon proof of claim that:
a. Said Act applies to me a living breathing human being.
b. I had entered into a contract or commercial agreement knowingly, voluntarily and willingly whereby I stated that I will abide by every Statue in said Act. Etc. etc.

Just doing the above will greatly improve your chances of a positive outcome. But be aware, you are entering the Lions Den. If you are not properly prepared, someone is going to have you for dinner. The best approach is to try to stay out of Court in the first place. Here I can recommend Mary Crofts book.

I've been in an incredibly foul mood the last couple of days, and until this morning I did not understand why.

We're planning on moving to where we actually want to be. We're constantly being asked why we want to move to the middle of nowhere. I tell everyone, "because I feel hemmed in and trapped." Almost no one understands what I mean. Until this morning I could not explain the feeling of being a rat in a cage. Now I can.

This morning I woke up on my "don't remove the tag" mattress, walked through my building code compliant house, used the federally compliant toilet, dressed the kids and drove them to their "state certified" charter school where they'll eat a state approved lunch.
I got back in my state registered, emissions compliant, insured (by state requirement) car and drove the legal speed limit back to the house. I then walked through my Scottsdale code compliant yard (no weeds in our "desert" landscaping")into the house, drank pasteurized (USDA required) juice, and ate cereal processed in an inspected facility with milk from an USDA compliant dairy. I then took my FDA approved prescription pills (from a licensed pharmacy of course) and played with the state-licensed dogs.

I took a call on my federally taxed cell phone (instead of the federally taxed land line), stopped by our FDIC insured bank (which received TARP money that it didn't want and is not allowed to pay back), and drove along city streets (paid for by sales and property taxes) to the closest Costco (which has a business license of course and pays mandated worker's comp). I bought beef franks made from inspected beef in an inspected facility, buns made in an OSHA compliant factory, and a gallon of Frank's in an approved plastic bottle.

All of this before 10:15 am.

This is not restricted to me of course. This is normal daily life for the vast majority of Americans. Almost everything we do is touched by one agency or another.
In preparation for moving I've been researching what I want to do with the land. We want to build our own house and outbuildings and drink our own water and make our own electricity.

In order for this to work we have to:
* Buy land with the proper zoning.
* Wait for the required escrow to be completed.
* Apply for building permits and well permits.
* Possibly apply for a zoning variance in order to raise a wind turbine.
* Build code-compliant buildings.
* Wire the electricity according to code.
* Pay sales tax on all materials used.

My biggest dream is to grow an orchard, plant some vegetables and grains, and raise our own milk and meat. In order for this to happen we have to

* Buy only trees that can be delivered to the correct state (as decided by each state's government).
* Use only approved pesticides (like we could buy anything else).
* Buy a tractor (with applicable state tax).

If we find ourselves with an excess of food and would like to sell it we have to
* Apply for a license.
* Obtain a tax i.d. number.
* Collect sales tax.
* Label the goods according to code.
* Submit to random inspections of the dairy operation.
* Submit to random inspections of the meat process.
* In order to sell prepared foods (like jams) submit to inspections of the "commercial" kitchen (which cannot be used to prepare the family's food).
* Pay sales tax on all goods and materials used.
In order to set up the business properly, we have to
* Apply for a business license.
* Obtain a tax i.d. number.
* Obtain permission from the state to use the name.
* Collect sales tax.

God forbid we deal with the local fauna. We plan on moving in an area thick with moose and wolves, but in order to hunt we have to obtain
* A hunting license.
* A controlled-hunt tag for the moose (if we're lucky enough to get one).
* Forget about the wolves, they're "protected".

Should we need to protect our livestock from the moose or wolves we are allowed to dispose of the threat, but we must
* Inform game and fish.
* Turn the carcass over to the state.

If we use firearms to dispose of the threat, we must
* Use a "legal" firearm (as determined by the NFA and ATF).
* If we choose to use a suppressor (because of dogs, horses, and our own hearing) we must pay the stamp.

This doesn't even account for all of the hoops the realtor and the vendors have to go through.
All of this instead of
* Pay for property. Make contract with owner.
* Build.
* Dig well.
* Wire.
* Buy tractor.
* Plant.
* Sell food.
* Sell services.
* Protect livestock.

No wonder I feel trapped. I can't do a single thing with my own property that doesn't involve one government agency or another (or several). I feel like a rat being funneled through a maze, and I am cognizant of the danger that someone will block off the exit. It's my claustrophobia writ large.

This is just wrong. I'm a grown woman. Why does the government have to meddle in all of my affairs? Why do I have to jump through hoops just to accomplish the most simple things in life?

It's all about power and control. Always has been always will be.
I'm sure in the beginning the encroachment began with simple things. After all, isn't the government supposed to protect our rights? Isn't having a dedicated police force, justice system, military, etc. worth a little in taxes?

Then a little more encroachment. Who can disagree with a little tax to pay for state roads? That's entirely reasonable, right?

Then enforcement of standards. Who can disagree with licensing teachers? Making sure underage kids can't marry?

Then the panics set in. Contaminated meat? The government should "do something" so it won't happen again! E coli? Pasteurize EVERYTHING!

Of course, the NIMBY'S added their own input. Nuclear power plant? Not in my backyard! Enforce zoning so I won't have to worry about it! Require my neighbor to clean up their yard so my house values don't go down!

Then the lobbyists. Require farm inspections and multiple hoops so small farmers give up and "our big backers don't have competition". Give into the "green" lobby so they don't pull their campaign contributions.

Of course there's always the pure tax whores. "It's just a little reasonable fee. On everything. You want to pay your share, right?"

Of course all of this gets codified into law, and the ultimate persuasive tactic is put into play.

"You don't want to be a criminal, do you? You don't want to go to prison, do you?"
This is exactly how we went from a system in which the government's job of protecting our rights to a system where government determines WHO is ALLOWED to trample on our rights.

Well I have a message for all you busybodies, bureaucrats, rent-seekers, and whored-out legislators.

LEAVE US THE HELL ALONE.
Get out of my contracts.
Get off of my land.
Leave my property alone.
Stay the hell out of my bedroom.
Most of all, KEEP YOUR NOSES OUT OF MY BUSINESS.
And everyone else's for that matter.

Here is a possible explanation for Global warming and changing weather patterns, as well as the Underground Bases that are described under "Scary Stuff".

We have all heard the story of Noah and the flood in the old testament of the Bible. There are also numerous geological finds that confirms that there was a great flood. We may now be entering a period of similar upheaval.

There are said to be another planet in this Solar sytem that remains undetected. It is often referred to as Planet X or Nibiru. This is according to old Sumerian scriptures a planet that circles the sun every 3600 years in a very ecliptic orbit that is out of the plane of the other planets.

It is rumoured that it is on it's way into the inner solar system soon and december next year has been given as a time when that will happen.

Wether this is so or not, I guess we will not know as the Governments will not create panic by confirming anything. But the Governments in these lean times have invested considerable amounts on telescopes and observatories lately, and are said to build these underground bases for the elite to retreat to it things get too bad on the surface.
