Xsitepro Version 2 and the PLR membership, Niche Health Products, make a great pair with the potential for good profits. Every month members get XsitePro Templates which are produced every month by Scott Parat for NHP members and with a little editing of the plr articles on your part, these sites can be very profitable just with adsense. By applying affiliate sales of either medical or herbal supplements.....or just by promoting ebooks from affiliate centers such as Clickbank or Amazon, these sites can be little vending machines. PLR articles can help you make a lot of money if you are using good articles and approaching the process from the right angle.

There are a variety of PLR licenses being sold and promoted. Some PLR have an anything goes license, so in essence they are just like public domain works. However, you'll find other Private Label Rights to vary with the type of book, maybe article and even software. Such as:
selling to others
flipping a website combiled with PLR materials
putting your name on it
claiming authorship
no license to sell to others
.....and just about any variation you can think of....that's why you need to understand the license
Private Label Rights memberships have sprouted like dandelions over the last 2 years and I belong to a good number of them and truthfully, I will space off and forget that I need to download the current months articles and other materials. All except one. That would be Niche Health Products by Kim Standerline which provides articles, ebooks and 2 highly customizable monthly websites complete with custom graphics and templates yep, you get a 2 subjects each month with minisites, otherwise known as adsense sites, articles, ebooks, website templates and graphics.

One of the greatest benefits of Kim Standerline's Niche Health Products is that you are drilling down deeper into a very wide niche, the wide niche being Health and each month the two subjects will be one aspect of illness or the health industry.

I think it's been close to 2 years since I joined NHP and I'm very happy with the quality of PLR materials every month. I was so excited about NHP that I asked Kim if there was something I could do to help because I really wanted to particpate in this outstanding Private Label Rights Membership.

I've been creating the monthly minisites with custom one off looking websites. in order to do something good, it really helps if you enjoy doing it. I love creating graphics for Niche Health Products and now I create custom XsitePro templates....two xsitepro templates each month....I spend more time than usual trying to create something that is new and cutting edge.

So I create 2 website templates that correspond to the subjects for that month. Of course not everyone wants to use the xsitepro templates so I create a simple square header graphic for use with any website editor. Each month I also create an ebook cover that is appropiate for each of the two chosen subjects for a month. You'll also receive a flat image...similar to the ebook cover, but flat. All images, including the flat image is optimized and when appropiate you will get an image at about 500 pixels down to 150 pixels wide.

All the book and flat images are sized from 500 pixels wide down to 150 pixels wide.

You get a psd and jpg version of each website template so you can edit and slice the template as you wish.

The websites are create in 2 versions. Each month you actually get 4 versions of each website....that means you will get 8 seperate webistes. Two of the four websites are XsitePro templates and are designed this way according to the users experience....plus you also get 2 additional versions of a standard html type website, in othe words, non-XsitePro website..
I guess you might question why you get 2 Xsitepro versions. The first version is the simplest, it has pages with the .htm extension and all you need to do is import it into Xsitepro and upload to your site. Each page has the basic template (graphics) with one article and 3 ads from Google on it...sometimes a clickbank product. It's designed for the novice and is easy for just about anyone to edit and upload.

Version #2 is also an Xsitepro edition and involves everything that version 1 includes, except it has dynamic content automatically included and rotated on every webpage. Basically this Xsitepro website has everything the first version has, however, it includes something very important and that is the rotating snippets of text and current news from rss feeds, the snippets will include affiliate links, sometimes amazon, sometimes clickbank and always for more than one product...don't forget the bottom of the page has fresh news snippets automatically included from online news sources. It's next to impossible to have duplicate content with these sites even if you don't change a thing....(its always recommended to make some edits to the original text). These xsitepro pages have php includes so it is necessary to name the pages with a .php extension

The next 2 versions are for those that use programs like dreamweaver, NVU, FrontPage or other WYSIWYG type editors.

Version number 3 has everything that the second version has...the works and the pages of this version end in the .htm extension....the major difference is that the pages are controlled by a .htacess file (that may be greek to you...thus the reason for version #4). The .htaccess file has coding in it to allow the pages to display php includes....thus the rotating content snippets. You typically don't have to touch this file, any problems....just drop me an email.

Every once in a while your hosting provider will have a hard time with the .htaccess file so I created the fourth version that bypasses the need for the .htaccess file by simply ending the pages in .php. It has everything of #3 but the .htaccess file and it is sometimes easier to work with....You will not see any difference in the last two versions except the .php ending. I might add that the .php pages usually will not show up in the typical wysiwyg webpage editors.
So to recap, when you join NHP, you get 20 PLR articles for each of the 2 monthly subjects. You'll get 2 websites, sometimes called adsense sites, containing 10 more plr articles and you will receive two sets of newly created website templates and 2 additional sets of standard header graphics...plus you get a ebook cover for the one substantial book you recieve each month.

As you can see, this article includes some samples of all the graphics for this month....this will give you an idea of what the products look like....and don't forget everything can be edited if you have some basic skills. The ebooks are a little tricker and you need photoshop, however, I'll gladly edit anything for a minor charge.
