Here are just a few things this niche market research tool can do: I'm no techie so first and foremost it is easy and simple to use, but powerful enough to perform the necessary tasks.

It searched niche markets and keyword phrases in the top three search engines (Google, MSN and Yahoo), got the number of Search Engine Results Pages (SERP's) that would reveal competition using different criteria i.e., broad match, quote "keyword" etc. Then got the number of Google Ads per returned niche phrase or keyword. Next the KEI and Results Per Search (R/S). The maximum CPC for Google adwords was a feature I appreciated for PPC and estimating Google Adsense profitability.

It offers the ability to eliminate bad niches or too competitive niche keywords easily, leaving only the niche markets and keyword phrases that met my criteria for a hot niche (1.)high demand (2.) low competition (3.) profit potential.

The ideal niche market research tool would also be flexible and easy to customize based on the type of project I was working on i,e., PPC, affiliate marketing, adsense, list building etc. and would accomplish all tasks in minutes, saving me countless hours of research to focus on making money marketing and help me laser target my efforts.
