Nick Markakis
This site is dedicated to one of the few bright spots of the Baltimore Orioles -- Nick Markakis!
Nick Markakis is the 26 year old (as of 11/17/09) right fielder for the Baltimore Orioles. He is coming off of a fantastic sophomore season with the O's where he batted .300 with 23 HR, and 112 RBI. Those solid stats lead to Markakis being named the Orioles' 2007 Most Valuable Player, and he continues to be a top fan favorite of the Baltimore Orioles.
Three reasons to love Nick Markakis
2) Led the 2007 Baltimore Orioles in Batting Average (.300), Home Runs (23), and RBIs (112).
3) One of the only reasons to watch the Baltimore Orioles in 2008.
