Nico really doesn't play.

He just gets to be himself.

His authenticity is the very thing, it seems, that draws others to him. Sometimes he is right on with the task at hand, other times he steps back and allows others to lead....but always, always, he is kind and supportive.

He is real, he is fun, and he is very cool.

By far his was the most impressive first round audition video.

Quite courageous, Nico never forgets he is not alone. His unrelenting support for his team is what, I think, sets him apart. One other contestant, Jason Marshall, might be the only other one who seems to genuinely care about everyone else, but even Jason has a certain agenda, strategy. Nico seems to roll with the changes in a most majestic dance, as if he is welcoming new challenges like they are a summer breeze in his beloved rainforests.

Nico has passion. Yet his passion doesn't drive him. It is his steady stream of individualism, courage, compassion, and love of life, that keep him centered and allow him to be in control of his destiny.

I have no doubts whatsoever that Nico will succeed beyond his wildest dreams, whether he wins this competition or not.
