    This chocolate chip cookies recipe is as yummy looking this early AM as it was when I first read it. Stopping back in to let you know I finally compiled my 'blessings' from last Fall and you are now 'featured on' and 'lensrolled to' my SquidAngel Blessings by an Elf lens.

    I LOVE chocolate and these look absolutely delicious! Yummm! I found your cute remarks sprinkled throughout the recipe directions very entertaining too. My oldest son, as a teenager, took over the 'chocolate chip cookies' baking and kept our cookie jar filled (which, as you point out, doesn't last long in a chocolate chip cookie-holic household! I sure missed his baking days once he grew up and left home :(. Wonderful recipe, superb photographs, and an entertaining (and drooling-over) cookie story. ~~Blessed by a SquidAngel~~

    I've never heard of Nigella before. Thanks so much for introducing me to her! I do hope those cookbooks are available here in the USA. The cookies look delicious, and I see my favorite type of dark chocolate in your pile of ingredients. Lovely lens, by the way!
