Nightmare Before Christmas Monopoly

If you haven't wached Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas yet, it's time you do so. The movie is the number one example of how good quality animation can be used to make any stretch of the imagination seem real.

Jack Skellington, the pumpkin king of Halloween Town, is bored with doing the same thing every year. One day he stumbles into Christmas Town, and likes the idea of Christmas so much, that he tries to get the resident bats, ghouls, and goblins of Halloween town to help him put on Christmas instead of Halloween. But they can't get it quite right.

The film is designed for all but the youngest children, some of whom might be frightened by the bizarre inhabitants of Halloween Town. On its surface, the story is relatively straightforward, enabling younger viewers to enjoy the movie without becoming lost or bored. However, the film works on a second level, as well. The most deft humor is aimed at adults.

Who doesn't know monopoly. After over 70 years of existence as one of the world's most popular and timeless board game designs it is rare to find someone who has never, at least once, rolled the dice to send their racecar hopping toward the Waterworks.

The object of the game is to become the wealthiest player through buying, renting and selling property. The game has no time limit, so if two players are good in this game, they can play forever without meeting the finishing criteria.

The game is over when one player gets all the money and the others go bankrupt. You can learn much by playing this game and I'm sure many children decided to go into the real estate business when they grow up only because of monopoly.
