Nike came correct with the Nike Air Edge TR 09 Men's Training Shoe. This is one of the most well-rounded sneakers I have ever owned. You can essentially use them for anything. If you are into the gym, you can wear them, the same if you play field sports, run, walk or just want them for casual use. The Edge Trainer is just so versatile.

What I love about these shoes is the fact that they are comfortable, lightweight and able to handle all that I throw at it. You get a nice breathable shoe, courtesy of the mesh upper. There is the Phylon midsole that provides your feet the cushioning that it needs. The bulk of the cushioning and comfort of the Air Edge comes from the full length Air Sole Unit that can be found underneath the shoe.
