    I bought the the P5100 12.1mp version ($395) , did wonderful for about 5 months and then just stopped working. I have recharged the battery..nothing. Black screen...can't even pull up the menu. I bought a another camera, cheaper Kodak EasyShare 10mp ($129)...the problem with all the cameras nowadays is that there isn't a repair shop any longer. You have to mail them in. BUMMER!
