Sitting pretty among the fairly crowded superzoom digital bridge camera scene is the Nikon Coolpix P90, a power-packed 12.1-megapixel digital camera featuring a 24x optical wide-angle (35mm equivalent: 26-624mm) Zoom-Nikkor ED glass lens, EXPEED image processor, 4-Way VR Image Stabilization, Continuous Scene Mode for shooting at up to 15fps, and a 3.0-inch Vari-Angle LCD screen. The COOLPIX P90 is a high performance compact that enables photographers to take advantage of an extreme 24x ultra telephoto Zoom lens, grabbing images from a 26mm wide angle vista to a jaw dropping 624mm telephoto. The COOLPIX P90 will astonish and delight even the most seasoned of photographers.
Image capture can be both in manual mode or with auto features such as Scene Auto Selector, Smile Mode, Blink warning and P/A/S/M exposure modes. In addition, continuous shooting mode can deliver 45 images at 15 fps, with images being recorded before pressing the shutter button.
