Nintendo 3DS and Game Lists

1. 2 LCD Display Screens

- The top screen is the newly anticipated 3.53"display (3.02" wide x 1.81"high) 3D screen with the in-built 3D Depth slider so we adjust the 3D level or turn it off all together. This screen will take the players to a whole new gaming level, with its capability of displaying 16.77million colors 800x240 pixel resolution.

- While the bottom screen is the common Nintendo touch-screen 2D which incorporates a 3.02" (2.42" wide x 1.81" high) screen with 320 x 240 pixel resolution and is also capable of displaying up to 16.77 million colors.

2.The Buttons & Controls

Nintendo 3DS comes with the familiar A B X Y buttons, as well as the + control pad. And there is a new addition "circle pad analog control" which gives the player the full analog control for precise movements.

3.Telescoping stylus & cradle

The Nintendo 3DS comes with a telescoping stylus which is adjustable to the players' liking.

What I love the most is the cradle. The players can dock their Nintendo 3DS on the included cradle to keep it charging while not in use. And the Nintendo 3DS will still be able to communicate using SpotPass even though it's on the cradle and is in sleep mode.

--- New Home Button ---

The player can press the "home" button to go to home menu while in the middle of playing game. The game will be paused allowing the player to go back after they finish accessing the other features of the Nintendo 3DS. For example: I'm in the middle of playing my favorite game and I see a beautiful object that I want to take a picture of. So I can instantly press the "Home" button, go to the camera menu, take the picture and then go back to the game I was playing before.

--- Camera ----

Nintendo 3DS has built-in inner facing camera which allowing us to take pictures of ourselves; as well as 2 outer cameras to capture 3D photographs.

--- Notification light ---

There is a notification light on the right-hand side of Nintendo 3DS and each light represents:
- Blue: Spot Pass Notification
- Green: Street Pass Notification
- Orange: Friend Online Notification
- Red: Battery Low Notification

--- Memory Card Slot ---

2 GB memory card is included for storing your saved games and you can expand the size.

--- Backward Compatibility ---

With the backward compatibility, the players can play their favorite Nintendo DS games in Nintendo 3DS. Note that some games may not be compatible to be played on 3DS and all games will only be displayed as 2D.
