How to lose weight playing Nintendo Wii

type=textThe Nintendo Wii game console is a truly revolutionary interactive. Precisely this revolutionary aspect has to do with the interactivity of this console is for players to participate in walking, movement, and not lying on the sofa like a couch potato sedentary.

Does this mean that anyone can lose weight while playing the Nintendo Wii? Yes, you can. But as with any exercise program, you should spend some time and sweat (if you sweat a lot better).

Then I present the recipe easier to lose weight playing the Nintendo Wii.

To start the program you need to have some things. This is a list of exactly what you need to work with diet:

- A Wii (preferably with a copy of Wii Sports).

- A TV (if it can be great even better).

- A room as big as possible.

Keep track of when you want to carry out this new routine and make a mark when you consider reaching the goal. You can also take note of how long you want it to last each session.

Step 1

Find some Nintendo Wii games that you like. Many people choose the game and Sports including tennis, baseball, bowling (not used to burn calories but can be a good warm up), and boxing.

Play games for a while to get familiar and learn the basic movements.

Step 2

Provides a road map you are able to comply. Decide how often and for how long you play these games. Write with pen and paper your itinerary and make a mark every time you meet one day.

You may initially want to record your weight weekly to see if you can download something with the program established.

Step 3

Sets a player on the Wii that, from now on who will exercise with you on the screen. Simply follow the instructions on the screen or in the box. It is easy to do.

Step 4

Start each session (each game) doing some stretching normal.

Step 5

Start with the simplest of Wii games. In this way, your muscles will have the chance to get used to the movements of the game.

Step 6

Once you feel "hot" (ie, ready / to play), you can set up a moderate level. Tennis and baseball are good examples.

Step 7

Now that you're trained enough, you can switch to a more challenging game, as is boxing. In this case, try to warm the arms and shoulders first.

Step 8

Slow down a little way with a moderate level game (tennis or baseball).

Step 9

If you still have some energy, play a game while someone else bit challenging (¿Bowling perhaps?)

Step 10

Finally, finish your session with some basic exercises of stretching.

Step 11

Repeat this routine three to five times a week. Keep track of your progress and see if you really can lose weight playing the Nintendo Wii. Sure you will get it.
