Therefore you need good upline support as well as an effective and easily duplicatable system in place to help you and your downline build your businesses.

You also need to look at the compensation plan. Compensation plans are complicated and it is difficult to know how good one really is under the hype. Find out how big a downline you will need to reach your target. The MLM industry average for people required in your downline to get to a residual income of $10,000 a month is 2800. Some companies you need as many as 16,000. Ask that question of the companies you consider to get a good idea of the true earning potentials. This is obviously very important for anyone who wants to build a big organisation in any NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY.
