    Oh, I'm definitely saving this page! My weakest area when it comes to cooking (and I have more than one weak area) is baking. So maybe if I DON'T bake the desserts I make, I'll have better luck. :) The cheesecake and pumpkin pie sound (and look) delish!

    Wow! There are quite a few recipes that don't require baking to complete. I never would have thought there would be so many. The rice krispie treats require some stovetop heat for melting however....

    These will come in handy in mainland china where I am right now...for some reason most chinese do not have ovens....so there is not oven for baking in my apartment....these recipes are great.
