Avocado Slice Recipe is a home grown favorites especially for those avocado lovers out there. It is quickly made and easy.
Ingredients: (for filing)
2 cups of mashed avocado
1 250 mm. of All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup of condensed milk
(for the crust)
1 1/2 cups of crushed Graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
Procedure:
In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients together for the filing. Mix well to fully combine. Set aside.
In other bowl, combine Graham crackers and butter until crumbly.
Transfer into a spring form pan or a round pie dish. ress crust into the pan using the back of a spoon. Pour in prepared filling into the crust.
Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

Easy Tiramisu Dessert Recipe

Tiramisu is a very popular dessert originated in Italy. It is made of savoiardi (otherwise known as lady finger biscuits) dipped in espresso or strong coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks, mascarpone, and sugar, and topped with cocoa.
Ingredients
* 3 large eggs, separated
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 (8-oz) container mascarpone cheese (1 scant cup)
* 1/2 cup chilled heavy cream
* 2 cups very strong brewed coffee or brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
* 2 tablespoons sweet Marsala wine
* 18 savoiardi (crisp Italian ladyfingers, 6 oz)
* 1/4 cup fine-quality bittersweet chocolate shavings (not unsweetened; made with a vegetable peeler) or 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder.
Procedure
Beat together yolks and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until thick and pale, about 2 minutes. Beat in mascarpone until just combined.
Beat whites with a pinch of salt in another bowl with cleaned beaters until they just hold soft peaks. Add remaining 1/4 cup sugar a little at a time, beating, then continue to beat whites until they just hold stiff peaks. Beat cream in another bowl with cleaned beaters until it just holds soft peaks. Fold cream into mascarpone mixture gently but thoroughly, then fold in whites.
Stir together coffee and Marsala in a shallow bowl. Dip 1 ladyfinger in coffee mixture, soaking it about 4 seconds on each side, and transfer to an 8-inch glass baking dish (2-quart capacity). Repeat with 8 more ladyfingers and arrange in bottom of dish, trimming as needed to fit snugly. Spread half of mascarpone mixture evenly over ladyfingers. Make another layer in same manner with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture. Chill tiramisu, covered, at least 6 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with chocolate.

No Bake Cookie Recipe
No Bake Cookies is also one of the easiest to make. Start timing when mixture reaches a full rolling boil; this is the trick to successful cookies.
Ingredients
* 1 3/4 cups white sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup butter
* 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
* 3 cups quick-cooking oats
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.

Easy Lemonde Pie Recipe

Easy Lemonade Pie is a very refreshing dessert because of its tangy taste.
Ingredients
* 1 graham cracker pie crust
* 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 6-ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (could use a full, 12 oz.
can if desired, but it will be strong).
* 1 medium size (8 ounce) container of Cool Whip, thawed
Procedure
Beat together condensed milk and lemonade; fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
