No More Chopping Veggies

I Hate Chopping Veggies!

Some people may be able to chop vegetables quickly, but not, unfortunately, me. I am the slowest chopper around, and if I try to speed things up I end up cutting my finger tips. I love to cook, but try to avoid recipes that require a lot of chopping. I instead pick menus that have the vegetables steamed whole or at least in large pieces. There are so many recipes I would love to make if only I could have someone else do the chopping. Having some freeze dried Diced veggies helps, though.
