You need to think deep inside you, 'why' you want to quit smoking? You need to look beyond tomorrow. Find some true meaning of your life.I want to live longer is not a strong enough reason, every morning when you wakes up, you live for another day.

Where you are most challenged in relation to Smoking?
For example: I can not walk up the stairs, I can not breath properly.
What would be the cost if you don't quit?
For example: Your own health, your kids' health...etc
How will you LIFE improve once you have made changes?
For example: I can go swimming with my grandson, I have heaps of spare money to spend on travel.
Once you have defined your reasons, it is much easier to go about quitting, remember, read out loud your reasons every morning to remind yourself 'Why' you are doing it and you are almost there.
It is a good reason to have something symbolic such as a special coin, a squeeze of your hand, an action of hammer, a V sign with your left hand etc to be your anchor. Whatever it is, it is your anchor and I want you to remember that every time when you use the anchor, it will remind you all the 'reasons'.
