Review 

All in all this appears to be a great program. Vince seems to have everything covered from the dynamics of building muscle to the diet and nutrition needs to help balance the body. Each section builds on the previous one to systematically build up and pack on huge muscle.

There doesn't appear to be any alternative exercises one can perform but this certainly won't worry anyone who is used to going to the gym or has there own gym equipment at home.
