- Seasons of Love is the most popular and well known song from the musical Rent. First opening on Broadway in 1996 (and later made into a movie) Rent was one of the most popular musicals of the 1990s and still draws crowds.

- La Vie Boheme is a raunchy, reference laden, celebration of all things bohemian.
- Rent Lyrics - Today 4 U, Tomorrow 4 Me
- Today 4 U, Tomorrow 4 Me is the first real introduction of Angel in Rent. The cheerful drag queen dealing with AIDs is the emotional heart of the show.
- Rent Lyrics - Tango Maureen
- The Tango Maureen is Mark and Joann lamenting the fickle nature of Maureen, Mark's ex and Joann's current girlfriend. It's set to a wonderful tango rhythm. - One Song Glory is sung by Roger in Rent. It's a ballad about what he's lost in life and his desire to create one final good thing before he dies of AIDs.
- Rent Lyrics - I'll Cover You
- I'll Cover You is a beautiful romantic song sung by Angel and Collins in Rent. It perfectly captures two people completely smitten with each other.
- Rent Lyrics - I Should Tell You
- Roger and Mimi profess their love for each other and their flaws in this romantic and melancholy song.
- Rent Lyrics - Another Day
- A hard song between Roger and Mimi. He's rejecting her because he doesn't want to get hurt and because of her drug use. She's pushing back telling him to live for today.
- Rent Lyrics - Take Me or Leave Me
- A musical fight and breakup between Maureen and Joann in Rent on the day they are supposed to be celebrating their commitment to each other.
- Rent Lyrics - Your Eyes
- Roger sings this song as he holds a weak and sick Mimi in Rent. It's a beautiful song about realizing how he loves her.
- Rent Lyrics - Out Tonight
- Mimi's party song.
