So who is this Noadi person anyway?

Noadi is the alter ego of fantasy artist Sheryl Westleigh.  She creates detailed sculpture in polymer clay and mixed media.  Everything from satyrs and mermaids to turtles and octopuppies.

Currently the CEO and Mad Scientist of Noadi's Art a business created around her artwork and jewelry designs.

The Origin of Noadi

The origin of Noadi was two-fold. First Sheryl watched a movie called Ofelas (Pathfinder) in her highschool class Mythic Realm and picked up the word "noadi" which roughly means a shaman. Second she had an idea story (and later a computer role playing game) featuring a shaman and Noadi was the logical name to use. She started using the name for her online nickname and it stuck. Since then Sheryl has discovered her passion for art and sculpture in particular.

Short Biography

Sheryl grew up in the mountains of western Maine where she still lives on a small farm with her family and their menagerie of pets. Always interested in art and creativity it wasn't until she was 20 that Sheryl decided to focus on artwork, first with drawing and digital art and shortly afterward re-discovered sculpting which quickly consumed her attention.
