Quick to Fix Tasty Breakfast

Toast frozen multi grain waffles and top with your favorite peanut butter and sliced apples. Drizzle with honey.

Apple Pasta Salad-Delicious and Healthy! What a Combo!

Ingredients:
3 cups pre cooked pasta
1.3 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp milk
1/3 cup mango chutney
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 medium Grannny Smith apples, chopped
1/4 cup sliced onions
4 stalks celery sliced
1 cup red grapes
Preparation:
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, chutney, curry powder and ginger in a large bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours until cold. 8 servings

Shrimp and Strawberries with melon.
1-1/2 cups lemon yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
2 cups watermelon cubes
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups halved strawberries
1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, shelled and devined
In small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and honey and blend well. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss very gently to coat. Serve immediately on lettuce lined plates. Serves 6
Pickled Tuna Salad
Drain tuna, reserve the oil, flake and combine with rinsed and drained red beans, sliced red onions, and a few sliced pickled onions. For dressing, whisk together the juice from the pickled onions, the oil from the tuna, a splash of lemon juice and fresh parsley. Drizzle over the tuna and serve with sliced tomatoes.
Tuna and Cottage Cheese Sandwhich
Drain and flake a small can of tuna, mix with a few tablespoons of cottage cheese, sliced green onions, and sprinkle of dried dill. Spread on toasted English muffins.
How about some Bagel's spread with smoked salmon and sliced cucumbers. Serve with avocado slices and crisp salad greens
Salmon and Potato Salad
In large bowl, combine 2 cans cooked and drained potatoes,a few red onion slices, and 2 cans drained and boned salmon. In small bowl, whisk together splashes of extra virgin olive oil, parsley, vinegar, capers, hot sauce, and salt and pepper; pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Serves 4-6.

4 cup thinly sliced smoked turkey--1 cup marinated vegetable salad drained--sprinkle with 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup honey dijon salad dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 slices Muenster cheese
4 lettuce leaves
4 flour tortillas
In medium bowl combine chicken, salad dressing, mayonnaise, green pepper, and tomatoes and toss to coat well. Place tortillas on work surface and line with lettuce leaves and cheese. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas and roll up tightly, enclosing filling. Wrap in waxed paper and chill until serving time. 4 sandwiches

- No cook is great, especially in the summer months. We do a lot of chef's salads in the summer, you do have to cook the eggs though.
